1. Do you accept insurance?
I currently accept Blue Shield of California insurance.

2. What if my insurance isn’t listed but I’d like to use it?
If you have a PPO plan, you may be able to see an out-of-network provider. I provide invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

3. How can I find out if my insurance covers out-of-network sessions?
When speaking with your insurance company, you might ask:

  • Are out-of-network mental health providers covered?

  • What percentage or amount of each session is reimbursed?

  • Is there a limit on the number of sessions covered?

  • Is pre-authorization required?

  • Where should I send or upload the receipt for reimbursement?
